I've known that my 2nd piercing on my left ear has an infection for a while, but I had no idea how BAD it actually is. Finally decided to take off the earring only to find the skin around the piercing white in colour and rimmed with red and oozing clear liquid >.< The bottom is swollen and I can't find the hole.

I've always noticed that time usually flies past fast but it's only now that I notice HOW fast it actually went. It took me a while to realize that we're almost at the end of the year 2009 and in less than two it would be the New Year. This year has exceptionally been a blur to me; new school, new class, new friends, new curriculum and so on. Took me a while to adjust and even now there are things that I still have not adjusted well to.

AT LAST promos are over. Went bowling after the last paper on Friday and went out today to Marina Square with a few surprises haha. Despite the fact that school resumes tomorrow and MT A levels and PW OP is around the corner, I'm already in the holiday mood haha.

Anyway, I've been recently addicted to Japanese humour and has been searching for episodes to the show "Gaki no Tsukai ya Arehende" with the cast of two comedy duo, Downtown and Cocorico and another dude. It's seriously damn funny, especially their Do Not Laugh series.

My mood has been at an all time low this weekend. I didn't leave the house to study, nor did I do any studying at home. It's 9:14pm and I'm stuck with a pile of homework to be done by tomorrow. ARGH. Was trying to study econs but my mind refused to coorperate so I gave up. Instead, I spent my time trying out my sister's band uniform which looks wayyy better than my secondary school band's. This led to me then trying out both my sisters' school uniform AND my (skinny) youngest sister's PRIMARY SCHOOL UNIFORM which I could actually STILL fit into.

4E2'08 BBQ yesterday was FUN!!!! Haha, I'm so glad I decided to attend it. Spent the whole time taking unglam photos of everyone and basically just camwhoring while eating. I was more myself last night than I ever was around this group of people, that should be saying something, right?

I packed my bag in the morning, remembered to bring all my tutorial homework.
When I got on the bus, I realised I forgot to bring my lecture notes for Physics and Maths. Then when I reached school I realised I also forgot to bring my Malay book. Somehow, my brain forgot to register the 3 1/2 hours of curriculum time between the 9 am break and the lunch break =-=

And I was woken up during GP by a giant moth and a bee in class.

I'm pissed.

I can't even joke around with my best friend without being bombarded and lectured by the boyfriend, telling me she felt bad and depressed and won't even let it go even though I've apologised. And in turn made me feel bad and guilty which resulted in my watertap to open again after a few months.

SYF is finally over. When the results were announced, I knew that the band was disappointed that we were not able to the gold that we wanted. I was slightly disappointed but I had expected the silver as well. I think I'm already immune to the disappointment in getting silver, haha. But like what people say, it's the process of getting to the destination that's important. We had put in our 110% and have no regrets because we know that we did our best.

However tiring and long the band practices were prior to SYF, I enjoyed every minute of it being in the band and part of the trombone section. It has been really fun being with the section these past few months even after the extra guy (AKA ZHONG SHENG) joined in late. Thanks for the jokes, laughter and of course, memories we made these past few months. I love the trombone section :D

I've been falling asleep in lectures and tutorials since Thursday ><; No matter what I did, like eating and drinking water, I still get drowsy 5 minutes into the lesson.

Anyway, there was the band camp on Friday and Saturday, overnight. It was fun!! :D
The games may be a bit lame and repititive but I did enjoy every single second of it. The good thing is that we slept in the hall instead of classrooms; the hall floor was not as uncomfortable as the classroom floor which could make my ribs sore.

I also think that I lost a screw in my head because I was thinking of playing 1st trombone for the SYF choice piece =-=;;;

Today was the college Road Run. I met up with Marissa at 615 am at the interchange and waited for CHUA XIU ZHEN who was late by 10 minutes. We had to inform Veronica who was waiting for us at Bedok Intechange that we would be late. However, what was supposed to be an enjoyable morning turned out quite differently.

The moment we stepped out of the MRT, I got a call from my father that my grandmother had passed away and that I need to go home straightaway.

A week of school has passed. Basically, nothing much has happened.

We chose our subject combinations by Wednesday, we signed up for CCA on Wednesday and we attended lectures on Thursday and Friday.

I joined band again D: We had band yesterday and I felt that I'm a super lousy trombone player >.<; I should have gone to the Hai Sing band during their holiday practice to help my juniors.. I need to really work hard! There's an audition for the guitar ensemble on the coming Tuesday. I don't know if I should go since I've not decided whether I want to continue with the band or not...

Anyway, I got the subject combination of my choice and we're all put into our classes already. I checked the timetable for next week and noticed that I HAVE NO LECTURES AT ALL ON WEDNESDAY!!!! I think we still need to go to school but I don't know what am I going to do from 750 to about 1? I'll probably just stone there or look through some of the lecture notes. There's band on that day too, I think...

Anyway, I'm currenly having a slight sore throat, flu, blocked nose. I hope the fever won't come and that it'll clear by tomorrow @__@

Today was the first day of JC. We had orientation.

And to start off the morning, I GOT LOST. I went to the wrong OG because I accidentally looked at the OG number of the person whose name was on top of mine instead of my own. Too many Sitis on the list makes me confused... Anyway, I discovered that I was in the wrong group when my name wasn't on the list; it had SITI M. Me being me, I began to panic and said I should recheck and go to my group but the teacher said to do it after assembly.

SHIT! SHIT! SHIT!

So my panic meter started rising at an alarming rate throughout the assembly but it was super high at the moment the OG teachers left; my attendance wasn't taken. The more I panicked, the more my stomach started to hurt. Then at 9, the groups were being led out of the hall to play icebreaker games. My panic meter must have exploded 'cause I stood up and ran to the nearest J2 student I could find for help. It turned out to be one of the student counsil member who helped me find my group.

I began calming down but during break my panic meter rose again. My dad called me and asked me irritatingly where was I. I told him I was in school and he informed me that the teacher phoned him asking why I wasn't present. I quickly told him I'll sort it out and asked the OG leader about my attendance and she called the teacher in charge to inform her. Phew.

Anyway, I didn't panic during the rest of the time while we listened to talks and stuff.
